He has established a positive culture where people are empowered to be the best they can be. It is based on the philosophy that One SMG is only successful if every person, business, and department is successful.

Smiths Bodyshops use only water-based and low VOC paints. This means the paints we use contain less Volatile Organic Compounds than traditional paints used in crash repairs. The result is less toxins in the air and a more environmentally friendly workshop. Low VOC paints still achieve a fantastic finish for our customers while also protecting the environment.
