Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotion advertised as the “Field Day Bonus” (“Offer”) conducted by One SMG group companies, including Augusta Automall, Augusta Motor Co, Spencer Motor Co, and Mid North Motor Co (collectively referred to as “the Company”). By participating in the Offer, each customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is open to individual customers who:

  • Purchase an eligible new vehicle between 30 September 2025 and 2 October 2025 (inclusive) at participating Paskeville Field Days dealership sites.

  • Are aged 18 years or older.

  • Are residents of Australia.

• The Offer is strictly limited to the original purchaser of the vehicle and is non-transferable.

• Fleet, government, rental, lease, and commercial buyers are excluded from this Offer unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

• Demonstrator, used, and pre-owned vehicles are excluded.

3. Scope of the Offer

Eligible purchases entitle the customer to the following benefits:

• Augusta Motor Co – MG

  • $500 of accessories (including fitting).

  • 12 months’ free registration.

• Spencer Motors – GWM

  • $500 of accessories (including fitting).

  • 12 months’ free registration (already included in purchase price).

• Augusta Automall – RAM

  • Choice of $500 of accessories and/or apparel (including fitting).

  • 12 months’ free registration.

• Mid North Motor Co – Mazda, KGM, Suzuki

  • $750 of accessories (including fitting).

  • First two (2) scheduled standard services free of charge (standard manufacturer inclusions apply).

  • 12 months’ free registration.

• Fuel Card Prize Draw

  • All customers attending the site and eligible purchasers may enter the draw to win one (1) x $2,000 fuel card by completing the entry form via scanning of promotional QR code and entering details on promotional landing page.

4. Prize Draw

• The prize draw will take place on Tuesday, 7 October 2025.

• One (1) winner will be selected at random.

• The winner will be notified by both phone and email using the contact details provided at entry.

• If the winner cannot be successfully contacted within 30 days of the draw, the prize will be deemed forfeited. No redraw will occur.

5. Prize Redemption

• The $2,000 fuel card is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other goods or services.

• The fuel card may only be used at participating outlets as determined by the card issuer.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged fuel cards will not be replaced by the Company.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

• The Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive unless expressly authorised in writing by the Company.

• Accessories and apparel offered are subject to availability, and the Company reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if required.

• Service inclusions for Mid North Motor Co are limited to standard manufacturer-scheduled services and exclude additional wear-and-tear items, fluids, or non-standard maintenance.

7. Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense (including but not limited to indirect, consequential, or economic loss) arising from participation in the Offer or acceptance of any component of the Offer.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any statutory rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Modifications and Termination

• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without notice, provided that such changes will not affect customers who have already qualified during the promotion period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
